Mawlawi Hebatullah Akhundzada, the supreme leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA), has issued a decree to develop special courts to deal with pensions, Bakhtar news firm reported on Saturday.According to the decree, the courts should validate and process pensions in accordance with Sharia and law.Pensioners have actually repeatedly voiced issue over delay in payment, stating that their monetary difficulties are growing.Earlier this year, IEA’& rsquo; s supreme leader banned cash being deducted from salaries of civil servant for pensions.He also requested information on the period of staff members and the total quantity subtracted from incomes for pensions.The post IEA to set up unique courts to address pensions initially appeared on Ariana News.
